Meditation

There will be a meditation class  in Glaslough Community Centre every Thursday starting the 5th of October in the library room from 7pm to 9pm. The course will run every Thursday until Spring 2018. The meditation practice is called Samatha and focuses on mindfulness and concentration on the breath. There is no charge for the teaching although a small donation is suggested towards the hire of the room. You can read more about Samatha meditation in the link below:
